  • Al Rainaldi

    President

    Prior to joining Talexes, Al served as president for Profiles International. Al is a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands in sales techniques, marketing, leadership and planning. He developed and served as program leader/ presenter for an accredited course for the National Association of Extended Healthcare Administrators.

    Russ’s extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development is a tremendous asset to Talexes. An entrepreneur himself, Russ’s understanding of the needs of small business owners and self-employed consultants gives him the unique capability of supporting healthy, consistent entrepreneurial growth. After 20+ years in the assessment industry, Russ has helped over 1000 entrepreneurs reach their personal goals through professional development. In addition to fostering entrepreneurial success, Russ brings a passion for providing next-generation assessment tools to help companies hire, manage, train and motivate employees to higher productivity. Through his efforts, Russ continues to connect companies and industry professionals with the most current, technologically advanced assessment technology on the market. With his exceptional ability to support small business development, and his passion for connecting companies with the tools to drive real results, Russ makes an invaluable addition to the Talexes team.

    John’s business career has provided him with experience in accounting, finance, sales, and general management backgrounds. After obtaining experience working for Fortune 500 companies and owning his own business, John entered the world of talent assessments.

    Lauren graduated Texas State University with a degree in Creative Writing. This experience has translated beautifully into her role as Director of Creative Services. Her duties include social media outreach, product development, graphic design, & content creation, as well as product development, website maintenance, and administration.
