    Joe brings 20 years of global operations, sales, and marketing experience in the assessment, education, talent management, and talent acquisition sectors.

     

  • Al Rainaldi

    President

    Prior to joining Talexes, Al served as president for Profiles International. Al is a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands in sales techniques, marketing, leadership and planning. He developed and served as program leader/ presenter for an accredited course for the National Association of Extended Healthcare Administrators.

    Director of Support Services

    John’s business career has provided him with experience in accounting, finance, sales, and general management backgrounds. After obtaining experience working for Fortune 500 companies and owning his own business, John entered the world of talent assessments.

  • Cheryl Schroeder

    Director of Operations & Product Management

    Cheryl has over a decade of working in the assessment industry.  She has had many roles including working as a liaison with executive leadership teams in the design and release of multiple assessment products.  Not only does she bring creative design to the development process, she is experienced in operational efficiency, product support and specialized training.
