  • Al Rainaldi


    Prior to joining Talexes, Al served as president for Profiles International. Al is a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands in sales techniques, marketing, leadership and planning. He developed and served as program leader/ presenter for an accredited course for the National Association of Extended Healthcare Administrators.

    John’s business career has provided him with experience in accounting, finance, sales, and general management backgrounds. After obtaining experience working for Fortune 500 companies and owning his own business, John entered the world of talent assessments.

    From climbing the corporate ladder as a sales and business development entrepreneur, serving in executive roles, and capitalizing on her entrepreneurial understanding, Cobi quickly gained her own experience as a business owner. She understands the many challenges businesses encounter from foundation, systems, people, and budget, to growth and transition.

    Director of Creative Services

    Lauren graduated Texas State University with a degree in Creative Writing. This experience has translated beautifully into her role as Director of Creative Services. Her duties include social media outreach, product development, graphic design, & content creation, as well as product development, website maintenance, and administration.
